Shannon joined PharmaLink in March of 2017 as our Human Resource Manager. With over 15 years of experience in HR and Payroll, she quickly implemented a new approach to talent acquisition, onboarding employees, benefits management, and other day-to-day activities that contribute to our company culture.
Prior to working with PharmaLink, Mrs. Erickson was the Human Resources Manager at Arthur Rutenberg Homes, and served at the Director of Human Resources for Ker’s WingHouse, a Florida based restaurant chain with over 1,700 employees.
Shannon graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with an emphasis on Sociology and Political Science. She is also a SHRM Certified Professional.
