MRRS is a program offered by McKesson to handle the removal, processing, and crediting of non-saleable products from your inventory.  This easy-to-use program provides you with all of the tools you need to properly handle the returns process in line with all regulations while getting insights into your inventory.

Non-Saleable returns include items from your inventory that are short-dated, expired, recalled, or in another condition that prohibits them from being dispensed.  Eligible items can be returned to the manufacturer for credit or properly destroyed through this program.  Using a returns program like MRRS is key to compliance and reduces the risk of diversion.
