technology throughout our organization. PharmaLink maintains an extensive database with over 1,000 manufacturers,
and recognizes return policies on over 300,000 items. This system is updated continuously to ensure accuracy.
All items received at PharmaLink are electronically scanned into the system in order to determine return eligibility,
and detailed reports are generated for every item.
PharmaLink employs experienced Customer Service representatives who follow up with every customer
after the service is performed. Our representatives review the reports with the customer and answer any questions about
their returns service to ensure satisfaction.
Our modern facility allows us to keep track of your products from the time we receive them until the time they arrive
at the manufacturers. We also have secured areas for Controls II - V and Hazardous waste materials.
