How are PharmaLink's services priced?
PharmaLink's pricing methods are typically based upon a percentage of the estimated credit value. For specific solutions offered such as our eBudgetâ„¢ program, a flat fee is charged instead of a percentage rate. Please see the program details for more information regarding associated fees.
How does PharmaLink handle shipping costs?
All shipping is paid for by PharmaLink. Customers who ship their returns for processing to PharmaLink will be provided with pre-paid shipping labels.
Are non-returnable products identified?
Yes! Upon receiving a returns shipment, PharmaLink's processing department will analyze the contents of the shipment. Items that are deemed non-returnable and do not qualify for credit will be indicated on the reconciliation report along with a reason code identifying the reason why the product does not qualify.
How frequently can a pharmacy return products for processing?
There is no limitation on frequency of returns that
customers can send to us. We encourage our customers to utilize our
services as needed or required. Certain programs and services may require a contractual returns agreement; When this is the case all relevant information, including the frequency of returns required, will be outlined in the program's Terms of Service agreement.
